Mr. Hunter’s trial and appellate practice includes products liability, casualty and personal injury, commercial litigation, insurance coverage, subrogation, debt collection, real estate, and contractual disputes. His law practice also includes trademark and unfair competition matters, Architects and Engineer E&O, employment agreements, distributors, franchise and licensing agreements, and Limited Liability Corporations.
Mr. Hunter received his BA in Political Science and English Literature from Manhattanville College in 1979 and pursued graduate level studies in computer science. A 1985 graduate of Pace University School of Law, Mr. Hunter began his legal career with the corporate Law Department of Texaco, Inc. From 1986-1990 he served an appointment as Assistant District Attorney for Westchester County and in 1990 joined a prominent national law firm as an associate and was subsequently made a partner. Mr. Hunter appeared as a guest lecturer at the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Law and is a past member of the Products Liability Committee and the Scientific Evidence Subcommittee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He is an active member of the NYS Bar Association. Mr. Hunter is admitted to practice in New York, including United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York.
